What Information We Collect
We collect three kinds of information:
- Personal information that you directly provide to us, which includes information you supply when you register an account with us and save items to your profile.
- Non-personal information that’s automatically gathered as you use NewAgeChristianity.org, which includes tracking information for our sites.
- Cookies, to help us understand what areas of the site are most useful and interesting to our audience.
Information You Provide Directly To Us
Billing and Credit Card Information
When required for donations, conference registration, product purchases or other services, we may store your name, address, telephone number and email address. We do not store credit card numbers except for the last 4 digits. This information will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction.
We may collect non-personal information about the computer, mobile device or other device you use to access New Age Christianity resources, such as IP address, geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language and other transactional information.
Information Collected Using 'Cookies'
Comments and other public activities
We offer you opportunities to engage in public activities on NewAgeChristianity.org. “Public activities” are any actions you take that are designed to be visible to other users — including comments, recommendations and ratings. If you choose to engage in public activities, any personal information you submit there can be read, collected or used by other users of these areas. The New Age Christianity community is a public community. As such, your community interactions are public and visible to the rest of the community by default. Please refer to the Community Guidelines about how to best take advantage of our interactive spaces.

How We Use This Information
Providing requested services
Steps We Take To Protect Your Privacy
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we put in place commercially reasonable physical, technical and administrative controls to protect your information. Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Remember, when visiting a third-party site from NewAgeChristianity.org, we do not control the privacy policies of other parties, so please check before browsing on those sites to ensure you agree with their terms.
Children under the age of 13
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible. If you believe that we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
Accessing and updating your personal information
Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.
We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup systems).
Where we can provide information access and correction, we will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate effort. We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems.
Deactivating your account and managing privacy settings
You can request that your account be deactivated at any time by contacting us. When your account is deactivated, your user profile and all public activities (such as comments) will be hidden.
